In my never ending search for reduced cost salad (after all, most greens make it only as far as my refrigerator before they rot), I happened upon the "President's Pick" Micro Greens from Satur Farms while online grocery shopping. I expected the greens to be small, but not the package, which is about the size of a Big Mac container. So much for making anything but a micro salad.
