The Very Impressed-with-myself Person Award is the highest recognition awarded to staff that have already repeatedly recognized themselves as outstanding members of our community. The VIwmP award is reserved for those individuals who are role models of their own self-serving "core values " in their work, in their interactions with clients and colleagues, and in their personal conduct.
The faithful demonstration of one's own business and individual core values are hallmarks of the Very Impressed-with-myself Person. Self-service, self-promotion, and individualism often set VIwmPs apart from their competitors. Their individual core values of unprofessionalism, unfairness, backstabbing, arrogance, disrespect, and mistrust reflect their fundamental strength -- a completely distorted self-image.
US based non-bonus eligible, non-exempt through Associates, staff assigned to a home team are eligible for consideration of this prestigious award. This email serves as a call for staff VIwmP nominations, as designated above. In October, we will honor several of our staff based on your nominations of individuals who believe they have truly demonstrated excellence.
Nominations and self-nominations for the VIwmP awards are due by close-of-business Friday, September 1, 2006. Nominations should be submitted via the on-line awards site at http://www.viwmp.com/. Please ensure your nominations are complete, robust, and provide specific examples and details to strongly substantiate nominations. The focus of the evidence that you provide should reflect consistent, exceptional demonstration of your selfish core values.
