I decided to take a peek at the popular HBO series OZ. It really got me thinking about the problems with violence here in the US, the challenges to our prison system, and one very, very important question:
How did those maximum security prisoners in the introduction get their hands on that tattoo equipment?

they make the tatoo equipment by hant with whatever they can find that is sharp. Its a common thing in prissons supposedly.
