Which makes the price of a pair of shoes approximately $380. I could hardly believe it. Even the Italian shoes that I buy in Paris for a hefty price have been jacked up to the ridiculous New York price of $375.
Even worse, I must say that the majority of the shoes sold here are absolutely hideous and in extremely bad taste. I don't care if TV and advertising are constantly reminding us of Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo - those shoes are hideous, and I would not buy them even if they were sold at Target for $25!
Stop the New York shoe madness!
