A good part of my summer was spent making our apartment in Paris the deadliest place on Earth for moths. Curtains were sprayed, napthalene strategically stashed...in fact, it is a miracle that E and I did not poison ourselves in the process of poisoining the moths.
After all of that effort to protect my significant clothing and rug investments, I was delighted to return to the land of window screens. Unfortunately, I could not remain complacent for long; several days ago, I spotted a moth flying around my grandmother's house. Not only do I have to clean all of my clothing, but I must now investigate the US market for moth-killing sprays and balls. And the war continues...
