What's Missing From Their Property? New Owners.

What's missing from their property?  A patchy lawn?  Got that.  Added extra sidewalk salt to increase the patchy effect.  Why pay a lawn service?

Driveway gravel small enough that it easily spreads into the street, the lawn, and neighboring properties?  Check.

How about a treehouse made of spare wood and that tree stump that was left behind?  Make sure it is visible from the neighboring properties and isn't up to code.  Bingo!

Vinyl fencing is perfect for a historic district.  Why even try to be high end?  Bright white plastic blends right in.

Highly visible garbage, and LOTS of it?  Score!

Those shrubs that were cut to the ground because they nearly died?  Why bother to replace them?  Cost savings!

Trampolines are popular, especially after they start falling apart.  Increase the risk by having multiple kids use it at one time.  Yes!

Maybe a tiki bar to go beside the partially above-ground pool?  It would match the tiki torches and add a touch of class.  Perhaps next year.  Not sure about making that kind of investment.

Is there a need for an outdoor urinal, or is the side of the stone wall adequate?  Hold off on making any changes.
